Yoga Playtime is our new monthly pop-up class which can be booked by itself or as an add-on to Vinyasa Flow (for those on plans or passes)
The class is all about finding joy in embracing the wobbles and trying something new.Â

An hour and a half of yoga playtime. We'll move together through an hour long Vinyasa practice, then it's time to play. Let's challenge ourselves, embrace falling and playing around. You'll be amazed what your body's capable of.
