Yoga Flow

An energising full body Vinyasa flow.

Connecting movement with breath for a fluid, meditative practice that builds internal heat.

Suitable for people with a bit of yoga experience or adventurous beginners. Come and play.

Bliss Yoga

Cultivate softness and ease in your body in this softer practice.

We'll begin with a slow flow to warm up the body, then soften with some longer yin-like stretches, before a deep relaxation.

The class is great for stiff, achey bodies and is suitable for all, including total beginners.
