I want to help you find the joy in movement and rest so that you become the healthiest, happiest, most relaxed version of yourself.
Through play and rest, yoga will help to calm your mind and develop a deeper sense of connection to your body and breath, while strengthening and improving flexibility and mobility.
Yoga Classes
I teach weekly classes on Monday evenings at York House in Stony Stratford.

My classes are rooted in yogic tradition, with a focus on moving with the breath and feeling into your body.

I'm trained to teach Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative yoga and weave these traditions into my teaching.
My classes build breath and body awareness, build strength and flexibility and help relieve stress through joyful movement, play and rest.
1-2-1 and private group sessions
I offer 1-2-1s and private group sessions.

Sessions are tailored to you and can focus on play, rest or a combination of the two.

My yoga journey
Yoga found me in my late teens and in the 20+ years since it's become my whole world.
​
Since completing my 200hrs teacher training in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, I've deepened my knowledge with trainings in Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra.​
​
My yoga style is encouraging and inclusive - I believe there's a yoga practice for every single body.
​
I feel most at peace in nature, which is why I'll take any excuse to jump in a river or climb a mountain.

As a massive women's wellness geek, I love a good functional health or mindset chat.
