I offer weekly Hatha Vinyasa yoga classes to help you develop a deeper awareness to your body, while strengthening and improving flexibility and mobility.


Hatha Vinyasa yoga classes

Monday Yoga Flow classes in Stony Stratford are a mixture of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga to help you to build strength, mobility and flexibility (so old person you can get off the sofa), while encouraging you to have fun with your practice and tap into your playful side.

I love encouraging you to challenge yourself and discover your body's capabilities, while also encouraging you to check in with how you're feeling and rest when you need to. You know your body best.

I've been practicing yoga for 20 years and have tried lots of styles and teachers. I believe there's a yoga practice for everyone, you just have to find the class or teacher that's right for you.

I completed my 200hrs teacher training in 2023 and am qualified to teach Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. I'm fully insured and registered with Yoga Alliance.

As a busy person with a busy mind, I know how hard it can be to switch off and take time for yourself. That's why I'm bringing you mindful events.

Off the mat

I feel most at peace in nature, which is why I'll take any excuse to jump in a river or climb a mountain.

While I try and live in balance, it's not always easy. Having two kids means I'm usually fuelled by coffee and chocolate.

As a massive women's wellness geek, I love a good functional health or mindset podcast.

In my day job at EllieRachelPR I help health and wellness businesses with their copywriting and PR. But one day I'd love to move to Mallorca and teach yoga full time.
