I want to help you find the joy in movement and rest to help you become your healthiest, happiest, most relaxed self.

​

I think that yoga is the perfect antidote to our hectic modern lives; whether that's embracing our inner child having a wobble and play on the mat, moving with the breath in our weekly Yinyasa Yoga classes, or embracing the meditative qualities of the softer yogic practices. 

 

Through joyful movement and rest, yoga will help to calm your mind and develop a deeper awareness of your body, while strengthening and improving flexibility and mobility.

Yoga Classes

Weekly yoga classes in Stony Stratford and Wolverton are rooted in Vinyasa yogic tradition with a focus on moving with the breath and feeling into your body.

 

Classes build strength, mobility and flexibility (so old person you can get off the sofa). My aim is to help you get to know your body and challenge yourself to reach your fullest potential.

Whether the practice is soft or hard, I hope you leave feeling restored and renewed. 

Rest Sessions
and
 Mindful Events

As a busy person with a busy mind, I know how hard it can be to switch off and take time for yourself. If this sounds relatable, Mindful Events might be just the reset you need. Some events are focussed around slowing down and relieving stress, while others will teach you a new skill.

Rest Sessions are for people who feel frazzled. Maybe you work a demanding job or multi-task a busy home. Rest Sessions are a pause and reset you didn't know you needed so much.

On and off the mat

Yoga found me in my late teens and in the 20+ years since I've tried lots of styles and teachers. I believe there's a yoga practice for every body and life stage.

​

Since completing my 200hrs teacher training in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, I've completed trainings in Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra. I'm fully insured and registered with Yoga Alliance.

​

While I try and live in balance, it's not always easy. Having two kids means I'm usually fuelled by coffee and chocolate.​

​

I feel most at peace in nature, which is why I'll take any excuse to jump in a river or climb a mountain.

​

As a massive women's wellness geek, I love a good functional health or mindset podcast.

​

After working in PR and Communications for over a decade, I offer my expertise to wellness businesses through workshops and coaching.
